QEEMS will honor the best paper submitted, based on the following procedure:

  1. All submissions will be scored by the program committee according to the following four criteria:
    1. Novelty (1–5)
    2. Potential impact (1–5)
    3. Clarity of the paper (1–5)
    4. Clarity of the presentation (1–5)
  2. An average will be calculated for the submission
  3. The submissions will be ranked by average score
  4. The best submission will receive the best paper award; the two runner ups will receive an honorable mention

Awards will be given at the social event.
